Abstract

To explore the nursing effect of children's strabismus correction under microscope, and to formulate and analyze
the nursing intervention methods. From June 2018 to June 2019, 150 cases of children's strabismus correction
under microscope were selected as the research object. According to the sequence of admission, they were divided
into observation group and control group, 75 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing; the
observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The scores of anxiety (HAMA) and depression
(HAMD), the incidence of adverse reactions, the effect of treatment and patients' satisfaction were compared
before and after treatment. After nursing intervention, the scores of anxiety (HAMA) and depression (HAMD) in
the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); compared with the control
group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower (P < 0.05); the curative
effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05); compared with the control
group, the patients’ satisfaction in the observation group was significantly lower (P < 0.05); The differences were
statistically significant, which could be used to evaluate the effect of nursing intervention. Under the microscope,
the comprehensive nursing intervention of children strabismus correction can effectively reduce the occurrence of
adverse reactions, enhance the effect of surgical treatment and improve the satisfaction of patients.
