In recent years, due to many factors such as diet and lifestyle, the influence of the rising number of elderly
patients with coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, this merger disease seriously affects the safety of the
patient's quality of life and the life, once did not get timely treatment will further peculiar to the production of
various types of core cerebrovascular disease, which poses a serious threat to a patient's life. The purpose of this
paper is to promote the innovation of the treatment methods and the improvement of the therapeutic effect of
elderly patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus. This paper for the continuation of the concept
of nursing and to carry out the mode has carried on the detailed introduction, and then the specific
characteristics of senile coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus was analyzed, and based on this, puts forward
the continue nursing joint atorvastatin treatment strategies, and on this basis, with the analysis of clinical trials in
the form of the analysis of the treatment strategy for validation. The experimental results showed that the
indicators of SF-36 in the extended care group, atorvastatin group and the combined group were 70.18, 71.47
and 79.22 points, respectively. The index values of 6-MET were 40.21dm, 38.32dm and 49.58dm, respectively.
The index values of LVEF were 53.08%, 53.23% and 59.98%, respectively. Therefore, it is concluded that
continuous nursing combined with atorvastatin is beneficial to promote the significant improvement of the final
therapeutic effect, which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
