Abstract

To investigate the clinical effect of testiotomy and spermatectomy under CSI periodic microscope on
nonobstructive azoospermia. From June 2015 to June 2019, 120 patients with nonobstructive azoospermia were
selected as the research objects. According to the sequence of admission, they were divided into observation
group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with testicular puncture and
sperm extraction; the observation group was treated with testicular incision and sperm extraction under CSI
periodic microscope. According to SDS and SAS, the difference of psychological state between the two groups
before and after operation was evaluated; the levels of FSH, LH and TT in the serum of the two groups before
and after operation were measured, and the erectile function of the patients before and after operation was
evaluated(IIEF-5), the postoperative follow-up rate comparison, postoperative follow-up spouse pregnancy rate
comparison, comparison of the two groups of patients with surgical satisfaction. Before the nursing intervention,
there was no significant difference between the two groups in SAS and SDS scores (P>0.05) The difference was
statistically significant (P < 0.05), but the level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,
and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); compared with the control group, the recovery rate of
postoperative follow-up and the pregnancy rate of spouse of the observer were significantly improved, and the
difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); compared with the control group, the satisfaction degree of
operation of the observation group, The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Under the CSI cycle
microscope, the operation can improve the therapeutic effect, sexual hormone level, erectile function and
psychological status of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
