Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage by Craniotomy Hematoma Removal under Microscope

Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is a common cerebrovascular disease, which has the characteristics of high
morbidity, high mortality and high disability rate, and seriously threatens the life safety of patients. Scientific
treatment directly affects the outcome of treatment. In recent years, with the continuous development of
microscope instruments, the treatment of craniotomy hematoma removal under microscope is gradually applied
to the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effect
of craniotomy for hematoma removal in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and promote the
wide application of this treatment. This article first to the related theory are introduced, including the removal of
hematoma and the concrete concept of the hypertension cerebral hemorrhage craniotomy, then with the help of
selected clinical analysis of 253 cases in the experiment, proved with the aid of microscope instruments through
the removal of hematoma in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage craniotomy treatment can obtain good
therapeutic effect. The experimental results showed that: from the short-term treatment effect, the hematoma of
all the 253 patients had been cleared, the final hematoma residue of 87 patients was less than 10ml, the
hematoma residue of 46 patients was between 10ml-20ml, and the hematoma residue of 1 patient was 25ml. In
the long term, 71 patients scored 5 points, 95 4 points, 55 3 points, 24 2 points and 8 1 points.
