Scanning Electron Microscope with Energy Spectrum Analysis in Material
The purpose of this article is to use scanning electron microscopy with energy spectrum analysis to discover its
core value in material analysis, while observing the microscopic morphology of materials and analyzing the
composition of micro-regions to improve the accuracy of the quantitative analysis of the energy spectrometer.
