With the continuous deepening of modern electron microscopy scientific research technology, electron
microscopes are widely used in various fields. Electron microscopes have played an outstanding role in
agricultural research in recent years. As there are many research results of electron microscopy in agriculture,
there are still insufficient researches on the use of electron microscopy to improve the detoxification and
detoxification vaccines. In this paper, the electron microscopy technology was used to identify the virus species
infecting chrysanthemum and improved heat treatment was used. Combined with the method of stem tip
meristem culture, a tissue culture detoxification and rapid propagation technology system and a high-yield
cultivation technology system for chrysanthemum chrysanthemum were initially established. After experiments,
the optimal medium for chrysanthemum chrysanthemum bud proliferation was selected as 8S + 1. Omg / L6-BA
+ O. 1mg / LN from; the best medium for rooting is 1 / 2MS (half of a large number of elements) + O. 1mg /
LNAA. The sucrose added to the above medium was 309 / L, the agar was 6.59 / L, and the Pn value was
adjusted to 5.6. The conditions of the culture room were 25 ± 1 °, the light period was 14h / d, and the light
intensity was 25001x. A field test of virus-free seedlings was carried out, and high-yield cultivation techniques
of virus-free seedlings were summarized. The electron microscope technology was used to observe that after the
virus was removed from the chrysanthemum, the species recovered and grew strong, no virus disease occurred
during the growth period, and the yield was increased by more than 35% compared with the virus-free seedlings.
Through cooperation with processing enterprises, the model of "scientific research + farmers + companies" has
been adopted for the demonstration and promotion of virus-free seedlings. The annual cultivation area has
exceeded 100 ha, which has increased the income of farmers by more than 1.2 million yuan.
