Evaluation of Cardiac Space Occupying lesions by MCE and TEE

In view of the limitations of the current conventional examination technology of cardiac space occupying
lesions, the image quality of the imaging is poor, and the spatial position relationship of the space occupying
lesions cannot be determined. Myocardial contrast echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography
were compared in 48 cases and 26 cases respectively. To explore the value of myocardial contrast
echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography in the diagnosis of cardiac space occupying lesions. It
was found that the diagnostic rate of cardiac space occupying was high, and there was no significant difference
between the measured space occupying size and the size of surgical specimen, and it could clearly show the
shape, position and adjacent relationship of cardiac space occupying, which had a better application value in
distinguishing the nature of cardiac tumor and assisting the selection of surgical methods.
