Application of Long-Distance Microscope in Crack Detection in Bridge Construction
In order to detect bridge cracks effectively, the non-destructive detection of cracks under long-distance microscope is studied extensively and deeply. A bridge crack detection algorithm based on geodesic distance transformation is proposed, which includes the key steps of crack seed point extraction, crack enhancement and crack extraction. The time complexity of the algorithm is lower, and the accuracy and recall rate of crack extraction are higher. The research results show that the bridge crack detection technology based on digital image processing can automatically acquire bridge crack information, overcome the shortcomings of manual detection methods, such as low detection accuracy, low efficiency, high cost and certain danger, and has important practical application value. It can be seen from this that the crack width test of long-distance microscope effectively avoids the requirement of manual close-range adjustment of focal length and reduces the labor intensity.
